Facility – Extended Lab

Extended Lab (XR Lab) is affiliated under Media and Game Innovation Centre of Excellence (MaGICX). XR lab consist of Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality, Mixed Reality and Extended Reality to create immersive learning and teaching experience. XR lab is equipped with latest technology facilities for example AR and VR equipment. Our team consists Science Computer researchers, lecturers, professors and developers that work collaboratively to conduct research in various area including gamification, user experience, AR, VR, MR, XR, IoT, Web/Mobile application etc. Some of the products from our researchers has been implemented and launched to the industry and market. For example, wARna application, VR Rowing, KakiFit mobile application, IBS VR application and Tenenet gamification.
